Of course it should be legal. a fetus shares the rights of the mother who decides ultimately if it should be born or not. you can argue, if you believe in God, that he decides, or you can look at the practical reality of a person's life and see if a child is a realistic option for the mother. If she is in a position where a child can have a resonable shot at life then she should take on the responsibility of her sexual actions, (assuming they were voluntary) if not, why put a child through hell?
